Dr.Tanu Puri has almost a decade of work experience in the industry as a Marketing Communications Specialist post her full-time MBA.

Her fascination with psychology led her to pursue her second master’s in Clinical Psychology. She is also affiliated with the Indian Psychoanalytical Society (IPS) & the International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA), U.K. She is also a certified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist.

Additionally, as a Mental Health Analyst, she undertakes investigations of Occupational Stress for employees on behalf of various organizations and recommends primary, secondary, and tertiary psychological interventions to them. She also conducts mental health workshops & trainings for corporates.

Yes, absolutely. Privacy of the person is protected. Confidentiality is one of foundations of therapeutic work.

What is the process of getting into therapy?

To begin with, there is a Consultation in which the need for help is understood. It helps in identifying the areas where the person is struggling. It is during the consultation session that a suitable slot (a particular day & time) is set for the therapy to start.

Can I change my slot every week?

No, that may not be possible.

Can I reschedule my session if it is needed?

Yes, if needed and if possible, a session can be rescheduled.

What is the cancellation policy?

If a session needs to be cancelled, the person is required to inform the therapist at least 24 hours in advance.
